Being a first time home buyer, when we were searching the opportunities for our first home in Canada and struggling to find out from where to start and what to start, one of my family friends told me about the ReMax representative Mr. A.Q. Mufti and soon after we booked an appointment with him and he discussed with us in detail all our priorities, requirements and price range and wisely suggested us to think about the Cambridge City. Me and my husband then took some time to think about his recommendations and finally gave him the green signal to start our searching as we found that Cambridge was good for us from our job location perspective as well.
As our home search progressed, we found Mr. A. Q. Mufti above and beyond our expectation; our representative showed us a number of very good properties and did a fabulous job. He brought a positive approach to every search and did his job very professionally. Not only this but, he was kind enough to guide us in our personal matters related to the home buying process (both pre and post) for example in getting the mortgage, hiring a lawyer, creating and settling down all the utility bills and other concerns and moral support above all as we were alone here none of our family members were around.
Finally, Mr. A.Q. Mufti is a very professional realtor and a very kind and nice person. We would definitely recommend him to everybody. We also would like to appreciate the efforts and guidance that he has put in during the whole process. May God bless him with the very best.
